The man who helped me pick out my on clouds was so attentive and nice. I picked out the perfect pair! He was knowledgeable about the widths and how each shoe fit. Highly recommend. Sadly I didn't catch his name but he was a middle aged black man. Go see him for shoes!

I had an incredible shopping experience at Mountain High Outfitters, thanks to Demi and Hannah! Demi, the store manager, set the tone with her warm welcome and expert guidance, making sure I felt valued from the start. Hannah was equally amazing—she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offering great recommendations and ensuring the perfect fit. Their teamwork, kindness, and deep product knowledge made my visit truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find a store where employees genuinely care about customers, but Demi and Hannah embody excellence in customer service. It’s especially admirable to see businesses investing in younger employees, offering them opportunities to gain valuable experience and grow into exceptional professionals. Mountain High Outfitters clearly understands the importance of fostering fresh talent, and the results speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be returning! Five stars all the way!

Came in for some shoes, and items for my mom’s birthday, Brooklyn and one of the managers Hannah helped me out and gave great customer service and warm welcome as soon I entered the store! They even brought the Store manager Demi over to help find some outfits my mom loved! Truly recommend Mountain High! And this young energetic staff!

Dealing with young people and customer service is always tricky. “Everything we have is already out“ is there an answer to any query. Who needs to tell them that that’s insufficient, because if we wanted to go looking for everything ourselves, he wouldn’t have to ask. But of course everything is obvious to those young people today. So enjoy this place if you’re willing to look for everything yourself except for shoes of course still find your size. While the store boasts an impressive selection of products and a convenient location, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by the poor customer service I received from some absent-minded youth. I approached a group of young employees to inquire about a specific product, but I found them to be inattentive and seemingly disinterested in assisting customers. Their lack of knowledge about the products and their absent-minded demeanor left me feeling frustrated and unimportant as a customer. It was clear that their focus was elsewhere, and my inquiries were met with vague or unhelpful responses. Despite the disappointing customer service, I managed to find the product I was looking for on my own. However, the encounter with the dis
